Yesterday in my boredom I went to the store and wanted to buy ingredients for the cookies I previously wrote about, but they didn’t have what I needed so instead I bought snickerdoodle mix and baked some cookies. I wanted to make them with rilakkuma faces and give them to my friends for valentine’s day, but I didn’t know that gel icing doesn’t ever harden, so I can’t decorate them anymore. Also, while I was decorating this one, I burnt the second batch of cookies, whoops! I still have the rest sitting in my kitchen, and I don’t know if I want to give them out or just leave them at home haha.
I made a perfect one and put it in the fridge to try and harden the gel, but it didn’t so I ended up eating it tonight lolol. I should have taken a picture.
